Russ Dieringer is the Founder and CEO of Stratably, an independent intelligence firm equipping consumer brands with clear, data-driven insights on eCommerce, retail media, and omnichannel strategy. Russ brings a rigorous, quantitative approach to deciphering retail’s rapid changes. He leads Stratably’s research and advisory work, helping digital leaders and executives translate market signals into practical actions that strengthen competitive advantage.
Nich leads Skai’s strategic vision for growth, aligning Marketing, Sales, Product, Corporate Development, and Partnerships through deep market insight and commerce expertise. A veteran in ecommerce and ad tech, he’s spent nearly two decades scaling digital advertising startups in Seattle. Before Skai, he held leadership roles at Mercent (acquired by CommerceHub), AdReady, and BuyBoxExperts, and founded an Amazon consultancy. He originally joined Skai to lead its ecommerce business unit, helping transform enterprise search tech into today’s retail media powerhouse. Outside of work, Nich enjoys long runs, making music, and keeping up with his two young kids.
As the Executive Director of Commerce for WPP Media, Lauren leads the advancement of our commerce offering across various categories, including CPG, Apparel, Alcohol, Electronics, and more. In her role, Lauren oversees a range of commerce capabilities, including retail media and ad tech partnerships, commerce strategy, and activation best practices. By leveraging data-driven media plans, Lauren helps our clients find business solutions and unlock incremental revenue.

Jenna Levin is a data-driven marketing and commerce leader with many years experience helping leading brands accelerate omnichannel growth. In her role as Senior Director, Global Digital Commerce at Colgate-Palmolive, she is responsible for spearheading the global Amazon strategy, building commercial and marketing capabilities to accelerate commerce growth across all markets and business units.
Previously, Jenna spent six years at Amazon Ads, where she partnered with CPG enterprise brands to maximize their use of Amazon’s full suite of advertising, adtech, and measurement capabilities to drive joint value creation. Before her time at Amazon, she spent six years in both global innovation and local brand marketing roles at Unilever, honing her ability to bridge strategic vision with operational excellence. Jenna began her career at a brand strategy consultancy within WPP. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Michigan.
